The typical work day was:

7.00 Kitchen team prepares breakfast (get bread rolls, cook coffee and tea, lay the table
7.30 kitchen team weaks up the others
8.00 Breakfast
8.30 everybody leaves school
9.00 start work at the camp
12.00 Lunch
13.00 back to work
16.00 work ends and all go back to school

The general duties of the kitchen team were:
plan dinner, go food shopping, supervise cooking, wash up and clean the school
